I Love Public Schools is dedicated to sharing the stories of schools today and proud to invite you to celebrate the biggest holiday of the school year.

Over the past eight years, I Love Public Schools Day has become a tradition where people honor and recognize educators, students, and staff in public schools. Thousands of school staff participate each year and nonprofits and businesses are right along with them.

We believe that by connecting people to the humanity of public schools, we intensify pride and support for educators and students across our state. On I Love Public Schools Day, show your support and join the celebration. 

Below are simple ways to prepare and provide extra support to our schools on Nebraska’s favorite holiday: 

• Display this poster in your business, organization, drive-thru window, or office.
  
• Donate school supplies and other essentials to a school nearby.
• Deliver care packages to school staff, anything from donuts and coffee, to gift cards and pizza are appreciated.
  
• Provide a business special or discount for educators in your area.
  
• Get creative and share photos or videos with the hashtag #ilovepublicschools
  
• Purchase an I Love Public Schools Classic Tee from our store.
