With the help of Principal Jenn True, we surprised beloved school counselor, Ginny Klingelhoefer.

Ginny Klingelhoefer has been in education for about 24 years. Beginning as a fifth-grade teacher, she moved on to counseling after 11 years. Ginny loves that she still gets to go into classrooms and teach the students! You can hear Ginny talk about the social and emotional lessons she shares with the kids in our conversation with her above!

On the first Friday of every month we ask educators, students, parents, and community members to wear their I Love Public Schools gear and share a memory or a story about their public school.
