We’re ending 2016 with deep gratitude to all those who love and support our public schools. Because of you, we’ve been able to listen and learn more in our sixth year of this project than we ever have before.

Our mission is to share what happens in our public schools every day – we’re here to show the many unseen success stories, help regular citizens understand the challenges our schools face and encourage everyone to become more aware of ways they can support students and schools. Throughout this year, we’ve been able to create deep relationships with school leaders – from superintendents to teachers to parents. We’ve worked to provide more student voice in our films and in our projects, like the 2016 Hear Nebraska Good Living Tour. And, we’re sparking more conversation to understand why public education is so valued here in our state.

Below is a snapshot of some of the highlights we’ve had throughout this year. We hope to continue to inspire you to watch our films, to continue the conversation about the topics in our schools and to help spread the word. Thank you again. Here’s to 2017.
