I am a para educator and have marveled at the success that Delia Michlaralski has had with some of our most challenged students. One child in particular has been down on himself for years. This year Delia has helped him like himself and he smiles often. This is only one of MANY success stories. She is an outstanding teacher and worthy of this award.
