I wish everyone in Nebraska new how different each school district and even building is. Just because one school does something one way doesn’t mean that it’s like that for all of them.

A couple of years ago, I had a student that had behavior problems. The special education teacher and I worked together to come up with rewards and we ended up minimizing the behavior a lot! Each of the “ah ha” moments that my students have each day make me proud to be a teacher.
