I want to nominate Kristin Schutte. She was the oldest of five kids and from a young age cared for and mentored her brothers. Kristin was the first in our family to graduate from college. Shortly after that she joined the Nebraska National Guard and obtained her masters. This year she was one of three women to commission and become an Officer in the military. She is often quiet about her achievements but anyone that knows her can attest for how dedicated she is to her students, soldiers and community. As a mother, teacher and soldier she proves to everyone that the only limit to what you can be is what you believe you can achieve.
