Chelsea Perry at Betz Elementary is a FABULOUS teacher. She has worked tirelessly to meet the needs of the special students on her caseload. This year, one first grader who is so so smart (but cannot sit still or refrain from impulsiveness) has been included in with his peers. Through hard conversations and prior planning, Ms. Perry has given this student tools to be successful alongside his peers.
