Jenny Deutsch is not JUST an art teacher. She goes above and beyond! When students are creating art, she is reading to them. This makes such a calm and welcoming environment to for students to create their art work in. Not only does she teach them about art history and how different styles are art came about but she also connects her art history to the topics that I teach in Social Studies. When I hear her teaching I am always amazed at how many subjects she can connect her art lessons to. She truly is a phenomenal and amazing art teacher who is such a hidden gem.
