With the help of Principal James Ayres, we surprised beloved Eighth Grade History Teacher, Marie Brosius.

Marie Holmes-Brosius is an experienced educator whose classroom philosophy is to teach grit. Especially in a year where students and educators have been asked to go the extra mile, grit is an important lesson to understand. Marie loves educating middle schoolers and has so many great stories 

On the first Friday of every month we ask educators, students, parents, and community members to wear their I Love Public Schools gear and share a memory or a story about their public school.
