I LOVE PUBLIC SCHOOLS is seeking proposals from qualified Merchant Management service providers. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite potential vendors to submit their proposals to I LOVE PUBLIC SCHOOLS for review and consideration. I LOVE PUBLIC SCHOOLS may select multiple vendors to meet the needs of this proposal. I LOVE PUBLIC SCHOOLS is an organization dedicated to sharing the incredible stories of schools today.
Our mission is to connect people to the excellence and humanity of public schools to increase pride in and support for public education.
The Opportunity: We are looking to outsource our Merchant Management services to a competent and experienced vendor to improve our operations and efficiency.
Scope of Work: The selected vendor will be responsible for the following aspects of Merchant Management:
- Merchant Account Setup and Configuration
- Create and manage a simple website
- Ideally, schools will have the ability to customize the merch to include their logo on the I LOVE PUBLIC SCHOOLS merch
- Transaction Monitoring and Analysis
- Risk Assessment and Fraud Prevention
- Manage fulfillment process of all Merch Purchased
- Monthly Reporting on Merchant Performance
Proposal Submission Requirements: Interested vendors are requested to submit the following information as part of their proposal:
- Company Overview:
- Background of the company
- Experience in providing Merchant Management services
- Client references
- Proposed Solution:
- Detailed description of how the vendor plans to fulfill the scope of work
- Any unique approaches or technologies used
- Timeline for implementation
- Team Qualifications:
- Relevant experience of key team members
- Certifications or qualifications related to Merchant Management
- Pricing:
- Detailed pricing structure including setup fees, monthly fees, transaction fees, etc.
- Any additional costs that may apply
- Case Studies:
- Examples of successful Merchant Management projects
- Results achieved for previous clients
- Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Experience and Qualifications
- Proposed Solution
- Pricing
- Client References
- Overall Fit with I LOVE PUBLIC SCHOOLS needs
Submission Deadline: All proposals must be submitted no later than
May 31, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
Questions and Clarifications: All questions and requests for clarifications should be submitted in writing to committee chair Blake Thompson at bthompson@bennps.org by May 15 2024. Responses to all questions will be provided by May 20, 2024.
Proposal Submission: Proposals should be submitted electronically to committee chair Blake Thompson at bthompson@bennps.org with the subject line “Merchant Management RFP: I LOVE PUBLIC SCHOOLS” by May 31 2024. A selection will be made and all vendors will be contacted by July 1, 2024.
