Save the Date: Seeds of Hope Film Première
Our new film hits theaters in September. We’re connecting communities by building empathy and understanding for our immigrant and refugee students and families.
SEPTEMBER – ELL film debut, Q&A and Take Action event
In Seeds of Hope, explore how schools welcome and educate immigrant and refugee families as they start their lives over in America.
Director and Executive Producer Sally Nellson Barrett joins featured cast members and school leaders for the film’s first première in Nebraska. You can, too. RSVP now.
TAKE ACTION RECEPTION – Sept. 13 and Sept. 14
Immediately following the film there will be a free-to-participate “Take Action” reception. The reception will connect audiences with nonprofits and community leaders who can provide direct opportunities to get involved with immigrant and refugee students and families in the community.
Do you belong to an organization that wants to participate in the event? Reserve a free table before Sept. 6.
CAN’T MAKE THE PREMIERE EVENTS? – Online access starts Sept. 15 at iloveps.org
The full 35-minute film becomes available online beginning Friday, Sept. 15. Look for more stories about cast members, behind-the-scenes footage, and ways you can take action in our community.
