Mr. Gaylor was someone who knew everyone and pushed you to be the best. My junior year, I believed I wouldn’t make it to Nationals so I didn’t do State even though Mr. Gaylor said he knew I would do well. My senior year, he pushed me to do try and compete. He was right- I made it to Nationals and was able to get my name on the Deca banner. He was supportive of everything his students did.
All the experiences I had in Marketing made me a better person and led me to being successful in my career today. He is one of the many reasons that I went to UNO and received a degree in Marketing and Management. To this day, he will always have a special place in my heart. CHS will miss you and thank you for your service. Once an Eagle, Always an Eagle!
