There was an educator named Maelee Falco who was an counselor at OMAHA Northwest high school when I was in high school. She made a impact on my life because not only she helped throughout my high school years. She helped me when I wasn’t even in school. She guided me in a direction where there was hope for me to have influence on my children and even my niece Alexis Foster who receive the Gates Scholarship Award, who went to Northwest High School. And now I am in the para to teacher program to become an educator because of the impact she had on my life, and now I am following my dreams. She is retired now but I thank her so much for not only the impact she had on my life but my nieces life as well.
