Wilber Clatonia Agriculture Education Program and FFA Chapter is providing new opportunities for their students to learn hands-on industry standards and life skills in self-sufficient food production through thier Live Animal Lab, Meats Lab and land Labs. Dusten Bruss is the Ag Ed Instructor/FFA Advisor and dedicates countless hours to ensure his students are getting these wonderful opportunities. The students raise meat animals and companion animals at the school, where they show at various shows, and harvest them for meat in their new Meat Science Lab. The students learn to slaughter, evaluate, process, package and label various meats.
