I am coming up a decade in education! Majority of that was spent as a School Social Worker in Bellevue Public Schools and have now landed at NeMTSS as a Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Learning Specialist. My favorite memories from school were the relationships I was able to have with teachers and other educators in the building. This is a value that I took into my job as a SSW and include in all our workshops and implementation support in my current role. Relationships are the foundation for everything that happens in education.
