I Love Public Schools

Story By:

My school has an immense amount of community and school support. There has been many tax levies to keep our small school open. The community always votes for them to pass. The community has been so gracious that we added onto our school last year. One of the traditions we have at Wynot Public Schools is the annual Junior Class Chili Feed. The juniors get together and make chili and for a small price, the community members come to the school to enjoy all you can eat chili and cinnamon rolls. It is an event that our small town of 250 looks forward to every fall. The event is held during a sporting event so it is supported by more than Wynot citizens. It is nice to get together at a lunch table with strangers and enjoy chili. It brings everyone together.
