I would like to nominate my teammate Caroline Darling as an educator I deeply admire. Caroline has been my teammate in First Grade here at Dundee Elementary for ten years now. She is the epitome of a dedicated educator. She is selfless and empathetic and goes above and beyond in all ways to make sure that her students and her colleagues know that she is there for them. Caroline has grown and adapted with new teaching styles with ease and continues to amaze me each year with new ideas she is implementing. She is always positive and optimistic, even while navigating teaching through a pandemic. Caroline is an amazing teacher, mother, and friend and I am so blessed to know her and teach alongside of her.
